CHALLENGES:

• The Woods at Wilkinson Creek is a high-end custom home development in the Chapel Hill area with more than 20 home sites starting in the $400s. They want their website to appeal to this price-range target market and generate sales.
• The old website (1) didn't highlight the "lifestyle" aspect of the development and surrounding area; (2) didn't highlight the various custom builders and their experience; (3) didn't provide general information on the development company, their track record, and their experience in the market; and (4) it didn't provide photos of exteriors and interiors of homes.

• W3Design created an Available Homes page that highlights possible floorplans and exteriors.
