CHALLENGES:

• The Woods at Wilkinson Creek is a high-end custom home development in the Chapel Hill area with more than 20 home sites starting in the $400s. They want their website to appeal to this price-range target market and generate sales.
• The old website didn't highlight the "lifestyle" aspect of the development and surrounding area; it didn't highlight the various custom builders and their experience; it didn't provide general information on the development company, their track record, and their experience in the market; and it didn't provide photos of exteriors and interiors of homes.

• Used colors and an interesting design layout to engage potential customers
• Created a Location page that talks about the amenities of the surrounding area
• Used photos throughout the site to create an appropriate "lifestyle" feeling for the website
• Created an Our Builders page that focuses on each custom builder and their experience
• Created an Available Homes page that highlights possible floorplans and exteriors
