Brand-new website; project included initial planning, design, and hosting.

CHALLENGES:

• The Center for Psychology and Education (CPE) needed a website oriented toward potential clients. CPE wanted the website to portray experience, knowledge, success, and class with a modern/contemporary edge.
• CPE did not want users to have to scroll through massive amounts of information. CPE wanted information to be easily accessible as well as easy to read. CPE also wanted users to be able to easily print information from the website.

W3Design SOLUTIONS:

• Designed the site using standard typefaces and a standard easy-to-understand interface to portray experience, stability, and success
• Incorporated blocks and swirls of color to communicate a modern edge
• Used iframes to keep the content easy to read as well as accessible
• Employed Javascript to allow users to easily and quickly print pages from the website
• Employed cascading style sheets (css) so site style and colors can be easily updated
