Brand-new website; project included initial planning, design, and hosting.

CHALLENGES:

• The Center for Psychology and Education (CPE) needed a website oriented toward potential clients. CPE wanted the website to portray experience, knowledge, success, and class with a modern/contemporary edge.
• CPE did not want users to scroll through massive amounts of information. CPE wanted information to be easily accessible as well as easy to read.
• CPE also wanted users to be able to easily print information from the website.

W3Design SOLUTIONS:

• W3Design designed the website using standard typefaces and a standard easy-to-understand interface to portray experience, stability, and success.
• W3Design incorporated blocks and swirls of color to communicate a modern edge.
• W3Design designed the structure of the site so that page content is minimal and content is easy to read and navigate.
• W3Design employed Javascript to allow website visitors to easily and quickly print pages from the website.
• W3Design employed cascading style sheets (css) so that the website style and colors can be easily updated.
