CHALLENGES:
- York Executive Search conducts executive searches for organizations serving the disabled; site must be sensitive toward perceptions of disabled.
- The website needed to be oriented toward potential clients and portray quality, experience, success, class, seriousness.
W3Design SOLUTIONS:
- W3Design used upbeat, happy photos of disabled childen and adults, as well as their families and teachers.
- W3Design used a photo of the New York UN building (where York Associates is headquartered), a world map graphic, and a standard block/table layout with gray, white, black, and greens to portray stability, experience, and success.
